  1. Flexibility: Since the conductor of the cable adopts the mature stranding technology, the sheath adopts a copper soft sheath which has been processed by a special process, and has the characteristics of resistance to mechanical impact and flexible bending, which can avoid design and installation of the rigid mineral insulated cable BTTZ.   2. Fire protection: Since the conductor and the sheath are made of copper, the melting point of copper is 1080 °C. The insulation and other accessory materials use minerals with melting points up to 1375 °C. Therefore, the products can pass the requirements of GB12666.6 and BS6387.
  3. Low smoke: According to IEC1034, the smoke emission test is carried out. GB/T17651.2-1998 cable and cable are tested for smoke density under specific conditions. The test transmittance is over 80% (standard is 60%).
  4. Halogen-free: Since the mineral cable insulation and sheath are made of inorganic materials and there is no ordinary PVC material, no acid gas is generated even under fire conditions. According to GB/T17650.2-1998, the material taken from the cable is released when the gas is tested. The PH value can reach 5.0 or above (standard requirement is ≥4.3), and the conductivity can reach 1.0 (standard requirement is ≤10.0).
  5. Temperature resistance: The cable can work for a long time at an ambient temperature of 125 ° C, replacing the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable with a temperature resistance of 125 ° C. It can also work short-term at 1080 °C in an emergency.
  6. Corrosion resistance: The cable insulation is made of inorganic mineral materials and can be applied without any additional measures.
  7. Large current capacity: Compared with cables with the same cross section, the main reason for cable overload and short circuit is insulation. In case of overload, the conductor is easy to generate heat, the insulation is heated and aging causes short circuit, and the mineral insulated fireproof cable is made of mineral with melting point of 1375 °C. The material can inhibit aging or not aging in a short period of time, so it can transmit higher current to a certain extent and can withstand large overload.
  8. High mechanical strength: YTTW (BTTE) / NG-A, BTLY (BTLE) copper, aluminum and other metal sheathed mineral insulated fireproof cable sheath is made of metal with high melting point and high mechanical impact resistance under fire conditions. BBTRZ non-metallic flexible insulation type fireproof cable has a honeycomb-like hard body structure inside the insulation layer due to the speciality of its isolation layer material, and can effectively resist the impact of external machinery.
  9. The length can be customized: Since this product series is a flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable, it can be bent into a looped cable tray, which essentially determines the infinity of its manufacturing length. Therefore, the factory can be supplied in accordance with the design length requirements provided by the customer.
  10. Stable insulation performance: Due to the infinite product length, the product does not need to consider the joints caused by insufficient length. The less the joints, the higher the insulation performance and the less susceptible to moisture. Traditional BTTZ joints are more susceptible to moisture.
